It’s our special Christmas Craft Fair this Saturday. It’s gonna be a bumper market with ten extra stalls, including six fantastic crafters. This is a great chance to stock up on gifts
nice and early that you will not find anywhere else.
Our local food producers will have some great gift options too.
Steppin Stones have some special festive flavours of jam with added cinnamon for Christmas and some new chutneys including pumpkin with orange and green tomato with lime. Ian of Chillies 2 U has even managed to make some decorations for you out of dried chillies! Talk about ingenuity! Whilst Ally’s Kitchen will have brandy mincemeat as well as her usual fab selection of cakes. And on our own stall, alongside all our delicious local food, we’ll have Brightwell Bees lovely beeswax candles and honey gift sets.
Whilst we are looking ahead to Christmas I also wanted to let you know how you can pre-order through some of our traders. It may seem early but pre-ordering is a huge help to our small-scale producers in the run up to Christmas – it helps them plan their stock as well as avoid wastage. If you can, please do consider ordering from some of our traders. Have a look at the website here (https://talkingshopsandford.wordpress.com/goods-to-order/) for more info.
Have a look below to see all that we have on offer at this week’s market – including those wonderful Ashtrees vegetables. Bring your friends and family, empty bags, full wallets and some early festive cheer! See you on Saturday.
