I’ve now sampled two of our new simple soups so far….

Spinach, Rocquefort and Pear  – I threw in a swirl (?) of Woodlands’ natural yoghurt

Then I moved onto Carrot, Cardomon, Coconut & Chilli.

We’ve also got Carrot & Ginger, plus Purple Sprouting Broccoli & Leek at the moment.

They are soups made fresh from any veg left on our General Stall at the end of the market, and then frozen for sale at later markets. Just £3 for one very generous helping or two lighter meals. They’ll be on our General Stall again this week.

If you’ve tasted them already please please feedback – tell us your favourites, any you were less attached to and any ideas for the next batch – we want to make what you want to eat!
