Thanks to this I’m all out of Brightwell Bees’ set honey. Restocking this weekend!
I stirred (quite a lot of) their delicious set honey in with porridge oats – you need enough honey to coat and draw the oats into clumps. Then I cooked it all up on a baking tray at a low heat (110 ish) until it was golden and crunchy, then let it cool. I ate it with Woodlands natural yoghurt, stewed Old Farm Shop rhubarb and pomegranate seeds but it’s great too on its own with cold milk.
