Here’s what I will be cooking at the market on Saturday…
Lovely natural yoghurt and cardamom marinated lamb, broad bean and pea dip with flatbreads
Feel free to get yourself or your kids involved on the day, buy some of the finished product, which will be available from the beginning, or bag yourself some beautiful ingredients so you can give the recipe a go at home.
Also available will be some homemade granola, served with gooseberry and elderflower purée and natural yoghurt.
And finally, by popular demand(!) I’ll be bringing along my homemade elderflower cordial, if you like, bring your own bottle.
