Tuesday 2nd August, 7.45pm until 9.00pm in the Village Hall.
We’ll present the figures so far and update on other progress and plans. We’d
like your ideas for summer activities to entertain children at the market and
your feedback on produce (both what we sell and what we should). We’re also
planning to do some outreach work and would like to build a team for this.
Please come along – the market is a community project, the more people’s views
to shape it the better it’s likely to be. And there will be home made cookies
and tea and coffee (nothing like a good bit of bribery)!
THIS WEEKEND’S MARKET
Excitingly, two new local producers will be joining us for the first time – Zoe
Haynes, who makes her own chocolate and (hopefully) Ameen Alvi selling his home made Indian snacks.
Breakfast, as ever, will be good – we’ll have Hazel’s baking in the cafe and
both sausages and bacon for those who like a breakfast bap.
Remember you can order in advance and collect on the day. Send all orders to this email address which is firstname.lastname@example.org by the end of Tuesday. Please could you include a phone number so that we could get in touch if we were ever unable to meet your order or needed to offer an alternative. Thank you.
